If you’ve been following my writing for a while, you know I care deeply about helping women (and everyone who loves us) find their voices, speak up, and lead with clarity and courage.

Through this Substack Website and my Dr. Kate Consulting Website, I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations to bring these ideas to life in our personal lives, communities, and places of work.

Here are three ways we can work together:

   One-on-one or small group coaching connection sessions to help you clarify your voice, speak up with confidence, and lead with more impact.

2. Workshops & Women’s Leadership
   Interactive sessions and workshops on inclusive leadership, navigating difficult conversations, and building cultures where women’s voices are heard and valued.

3. Research & Advancing Gender Equity
   From focus groups and program evaluations to toolkits and white papers, I provide short and long-term project support to explore and advance gender equity and women’s leadership.

The goal of these one-on-one or small group Coaching Connection sessions is to meet you where you are at and provide the structure and support for you to navigate speaking up for yourself with confidence, clarity, and connection – at your own pace.
